Previous Round Summary

Under 17 Round 4 vs Emerald

Friday night footy at Emerald for the boys was and is a great concept but the result was not what we were looking for.
The team had a different look about it this week as a few boys struggled to overcome some sore spots from the previous round but that presented opportunities for others.
The scoreboard didn’t reflect the effort put in by all the boys but your going to have those nights throughout your footy career.
Thomas Watt and Nick Pike showed great resilience in the backline…Charlie Wood played another great game as did Benson Dunn, both worked hard for there team all night…Jack Van
Dreumel played his best game for the year, he took a couple of great contested marks throughput the game…our Under 15 boys that played up, Noah Holt and Luca Van Dreumel both played well and showed they are more than capable of playing at this level of junior footy…
I’m very proud of the way the boys attacked the contest. With a week off it gives us the chance to reboot and prepare for our next game
